Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in the same condition in which it arrived — unused, unworn, and with its original packaging and all included accessories. You will also need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions explaining how and where to send the item.

Return Shipping

At Susy's Kitchen, return shipping costs are fully covered by us. Customers do not pay any return shipping fees when sending back an eligible item.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns may not be accepted if the product shows clear signs of use, damage that occurred after delivery, or if the original packaging or accessories are missing. Every return is inspected on arrival to confirm it meets our return requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the amount will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it will need to go through the normal return process once delivered.

Susy's Kitchen currently ships only within the United States.

All orders include free shipping. Orders are handled within 1 to 3 business days, processed within 2 to 4 business days, and the estimated total delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
